The ideal candidate has a coaching mindset, welcomes feedback, holds themselves and others accountable, and continuously looks for ways to improve business performance. They understand that success comes from developing a strong team, building lasting client relationships, and consistently improving results.
Licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply! Candidates with an active esthetician license may have the opportunity to combine management responsibilities with providing waxing and esthetic services.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, Coaching & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to improve performance, confidence, and client service.
- Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
- Provide constructive feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance gaps.

- Develop and implement practical strategies to increase revenue, attract new clients, improve retention, and grow existing client relationships.
- Coach team members on client engagement, rebooking, service recommendations, and appropriate retail sales.
- Identify performance gaps early and take initiative to develop and execute corrective action plans.
