Gloss Nail Co. is growing! As we prepare to open our second location, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in a unique leadership opportunity.

This position will begin part-time, with an immediate start, and is designed for someone who is looking to grow into a full-time leadership role. Our goal is to train and develop the right candidate alongside our current salon manager, preparing them to step into a salon leadership position by Q1 2027, as our current manager transitions to lead our new, larger location.

This is much more than a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who understands that a luxury salon experience is built on exceptional service, thoughtful communication, professionalism, sales, and strong leadership.The Opportunity

You will learn the business from the inside out, working closely with our current manager to understand our standards, systems, team dynamics, and client experience. As you grow into the role, you will become a key point of connection between our nail artists, our clients, and the overall operation of the salon.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing luxury brand, take ownership of their role, and eventually have a meaningful voice in how the salon operates.

Leadership potential: You can build trust with both clients and nail artists, navigate difficult situations calmly, and serve as the bridge between the client’s expectations and the artist’s work.
Sales-minded thinking: You understand that this is a sales-driven role. You are comfortable making recommendations, promoting services and retail, supporting business goals, and contributing to the salon’s growth.
Operational awareness: You are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the moving parts of a busy salon while maintaining a seamless client experience.
A long-term mindset: You are not simply looking for a job to fill your schedule. You want to learn, grow, take on responsibility, and become an integral part of our team.

Growth & Advancement

The position will begin part-time, allowing you to learn our business and demonstrate your capabilities through hands-on training with our current manager. Our goal is for you to transition into a full-time salon leadership position by Q1 2027.
