Salon Operations Manager

• Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Manage, schedule, and supervise staff, including stylists, therapists, and front-desk personnel
• Coordinate appointments and work schedules to maximize productivity and minimize client wait times
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, and handle feedback and complaints professionally
• Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales of services and products
• Plan and run promotions and marketing activities, including on social media
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory and supplies, and place orders when needed
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• HND or BSc holder
• Proven ability to manage salon operations, staff, schedules, and client relationships effectively
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales
• Experience or familiarity with the salon/beauty industry in Lagos or Nigeria is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
