Salon Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team at JG Singapore Pte Ltd'. This is a full-time position based in the West & Central Region of Singapore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries
• Assist in recommending services, promotions, and packages to customers
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Maintain customer records and update profiles in the system
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations and appointment flow
• Handle walk-in customers and manage waiting time effectively
• Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times
• Support basic administrative duties (e.g., filing, reporting, stock coordination)
• Follow up with customers for appointments, reminders, and feedback

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
4. Proficient in using computer systems and software
5. A professional and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service
6. Flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends.
