Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Salon Manager – Fresher to manage the day-to-day operations of our men's salon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the salon and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and feedback.
• Coordinate with salon staff and manage daily schedules.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service targets.
• Handle billing, cash management, and basic daily reporting.
• Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Build good relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
