Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling duties.
Assist with merchandising and maintaining a welcoming salon environment. Support upselling initiatives to promote products and services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing client inquiries. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable.
