Salon Receptionist

Tonyc Salon and Spa Square One location, is now seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care. You will be working alongside Stylists, Estheticians, Assistants and other Receptionists while following all company policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures
• Cash handling and cashier duties
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for guests and maintaining schedules for stylists
• Sales, including retail and service
• Occasionally running errands
• Stocking retail products
• Working with other front desk team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests
• Taking care of the salon appearance
• Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists
• Milano Software is a bonus

Applicants MUST have:

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Understanding of social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
