Job Responsibilities
- Creating a positive client experience
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Making and confirming appointments
- Full service knowledge and retail sales
- Additional services as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of the Salon
- Preparing work stations – maintaining guest lounge
Skills
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude
- Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Solid organization and record-keeping skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
