Salon Receptionist

• Welcome and greet clients.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries promptly.
• Manage and schedule client appointments and ensure the booking schedule is organized.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with clients when required.
• Check clients in and coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Prepare and maintain client records and appointment details.
• Provide information about salon services, prices, promotions, and available packages.
• Recommend suitable salon services and products based on clients’ needs.
• Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with Beauticians, Nail Technicians, and Hair Stylists regarding appointments and client requirements.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage
• Good knowledge of appointment scheduling, client management, and salon booking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
