Salon Receptionist

We are looking to fill two positions a daytime recepitionist from 9am-3pm and an eveing recepionist from 3pm -9pm. Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our busy and beautiful salon is looking for a salon receptionist who can help create an outstanding experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and respond to messages in a timely, courteous manner
• Ring up clients, process payments, and promote hair care products
• Assist with maintaining salon inventory and restocking as needed
• Refill snack and drink stations for clients
• Support overall cleanliness and appearance of the salon
• Provide general assistance to stylists and salon management
• Help ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and valued

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident using scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
