Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone inquiries
• Process payments, handle POS transactions, and maintain client records
• Coordinate and support daily salon activities, ensuring an organized workspace
• Assist in product recommendations and promote current offers
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintain the front-of-house presentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a salon environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and a team player
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with grace
