Saloon Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff, hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage appointments, walk-in customers, and staff schedules.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and daily cash closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and promote salon services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of salon products and supplies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Plan promotional offers, membership packages, and customer loyalty programs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure staff grooming, discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of salon services, products, and beauty industry trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
