drop.the.bean is looking for an experienced baker specializing in Korean-style Salt Bread (소금빵).
Location: Legazpi Village, Makati

Requirements
- Previous experience making salt bread is required
- Skilled in dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Able to maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality
- Clean, organized, and responsible
- Able to follow standardized recipes and production procedures
- Must be able to commute to the shop within approximately 30 minutes
Hiring Process
Interview → Practical Baking Session → Final Selection
Selected candidates will be invited for a practical baking session to demonstrate their salt bread-making skills.
