Sample Coordinator / Merchandiser

Job Profile: Sample Coordinator / Merchandiser

• Coordinate the development and preparation of samples for new collections and customer orders.
• Manage fabric, trims, embroidery, and other material requirements for sampling.
• Coordinate with designers, pattern masters, karigars, and production teams.
• Track sample progress, timelines, fittings, alterations, and final approvals.
• Maintain sample records, measurement sheets, and order-wise documentation.
• Ensure samples meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate between the design, sampling, and production departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of all sampling requirements.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹42,500.00 per month
