Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining quality and accuracy? We are looking for a Sample Handler to support the processing and management of biological samples received from research sites across Europe and the United States.

Position: Sample Handler
Industry: Clinical Research / Pharma MNC
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Working Hours: Day Shift
Training: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process clinical research samples from Europe and the United States
• Perform sample accessioning, sorting, labeling, and tracking according to standard operating procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry within laboratory systems
• Maintain sample integrity and chain of custody throughout the handling process
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or damaged samples
• Support storage, shipment preparation, and inventory management activities
• Follow quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Laboratory Technology, or related disciplines
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in handling data and samples
• Efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday to support global operations
• Prior laboratory or sample handling experience is advantageous but not required
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
