Job Title: Sampling & Showroom Coordinator

Cherry Hill, NJ | Part-Time (20–25 hours/week, with room to grow)

$15–$20/hour depending on experience

Peyton Webster Carpet & Rugs is looking for a proactive, client-focused Sampling & Showroom Coordinator to join our team. This is not your average support role—we’re looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing business.

What You'll Do:

This hybrid role supports our sales process from first contact to project kickoff:

1. Sampling Coordination

• Order, receive, prepare, deliver and coordinate shipment of product samples
• Search for options based on lead requests
• Follow up with potential clients and keep deals moving forward
• Learn new products and prepare library samples for interior design clients

2. Sales Support

• Answer phone and email inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Gather project information and enter leads into our systems
• Schedule site visits and showroom appointments
• Follow up with potential clients and keep deals moving forward
• Support quoting and project tracking with attention to detail

2. Showroom Host

• Greet walk-in visitors and maintain a polished showroom environment
• Keep our sample library organized and assist with selecting materials
• Note when supplies are low
• Assist with light administrative tasks like calendar management and internal coordination

About You:

• Friendly, articulate, and naturally professional on the phone and in person
• Organized, independent, and self-managing—but not afraid to ask questions
• Comfortable with technology (email, MS Office, cloud storage, CRM-style tools, etc.)
• Interested in design, interiors, or client services (bonus if you’ve worked in a showroom, home services, or similar)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
