Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Sampling Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sampling process, working closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure samples are developed as per client requirements, approved on time, and meet the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete sampling process from design development to final sample approval.
• Work closely with designers, merchandisers, production teams, and other departments to understand sampling requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of fabric samples, strike-offs, lab dips, swatches, embroidery samples, and other textile sample submissions, as applicable.
• Follow up on sampling timelines and ensure timely completion and submission of samples.
• Coordinate with weaving, printing, dyeing, and embroidery teams to execute sampling requirements.
• Maintain sampling records, sample tracking sheets, approvals, and related documentation.
• Monitor the availability of fabrics, yarns, dyes, trims, and other materials required for sampling.
• Track sample status and communicate progress, delays, and issues to the concerned teams.
• Coordinate revisions and modifications based on client feedback and approval comments.
• Ensure approved samples and specifications are properly documented and handed over to the production team.
• Maintain an organized sample library for future reference.
• Identify sampling-related issues and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sampling coordination within the textile industry.
• Good knowledge of textile fabrics, weaving, printing, dyeing, and embroidery processes.
• Understanding of colour matching, fabric quality, sample development, and approval procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for maintaining sampling records and tracking reports with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple sampling requests and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
