URGENT HIRING – SAMPLING TAILOR TRAINER (APPARELS)

Location: Ganjam, Odisha
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical training in Apparel-related skills.
• Train candidates in garment stitching, sewing machine operation, fabric handling, measurements, finishing, and quality control.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Conduct assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
• Maintain attendance, daily training reports, and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.
• Support candidates in developing job-oriented skills and workplace readiness.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant qualification/experience in Apparel, Garment, Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field.
• Relevant industry/training experience preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of apparel production and stitching operations.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• ToT certification will be preferred.
• Experience in Skill Development projects will be an added advantage.
