As a Service Agent at Alto, you are the backbone of our operations. You’ll ensure our luxury fleet of SUVs is clean, fueled, and ready to provide a 5-star experience for our passengers. Join us as a W-2 employee and grow your career in automotive operations!

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Hourly pay starts at $20.00/hr, with opportunities for performance-based increases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and aesthetic standards are met.
• Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, charging, and staging cars for driver pick-up.
• Move cars around the Ops center, and transport vehicles to service partners. Drive and handle all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or filling up on oil or other fluids.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at our Los Angeles operations hub.
• Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid California Driver's License.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.

• Strong attention to detail and a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude.

• Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous, but is not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work irregular business hours, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable using mobile apps and web-based tools for fleet tracking.

• Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
