Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAN technologies, including Brocade, Cisco, and HP products.
- Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
