About the Role:

• Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply industrial coatings and paints using spray equipment
• Inspect surfaces and finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain sandblasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sandblasting and industrial painting. (Pressure Pot/Conventional Spray Guns & to Paint Specifications A MUST)

• Attention to detail (A MUST)

• Strong communication skills.

• Highly motivated & skilled technician.

• Familiarity with various coating systems and surface preparation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.

• Strong commitment to quality.

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.

• Forklift license.
