Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated expertise leading teams in Generative AI application and agentic system delivery, preferably within a consulting or client-facing environment

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/BTech/MBA/MS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, AI/ML, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record

Job Summary: As an AI Decision Science Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions that autonomously execute complex business workflows. You will be responsible for defining and implementing Gen AI and agentic AI strategies for clients, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale AI initiatives. Your expertise will drive innovation, build client relationships, and shape the roadmap for autonomous AI-driven business transformation.
