As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
