We're seeking an individual with experience in Restaurant, Deli or other relevant industries to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of product offerings and effective communication skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers make informed decisions, performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greets guests warmly, explains the menu, takes orders, and delivers personalized meal recommendations.
• Food Preparation: Prepares bread, cookies, vegetables, meats, and custom-ordered sandwiches, wraps, and salads accurately and neatly.
• Cash Register & POS: Operates the computerized Point of Sale (POS) system, records orders, computes bills, collects payments, and balances cash flow at the end of the shift.
• Stock & Inventory: Checks inventory levels, restocks the front-line sandwich unit, and unloads or checks deliveries.
• Sanitation & Cleaning: Cleans the dining area, prep stations, and equipment following local health, safety, and food code guidelines (including the 3-step cleaning method).
• Training & Admin: Completes digital modules via the University of Subway and handles basic shift paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
