Job Summary
Prepare fresh sandwiches and provide friendly, efficient service in a welcoming food-service setting. You’ll help keep the kitchen organised and ensure each order is prepared carefully.
Duties
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items, following food safety and hygiene practices.
- Serve customers, take orders and use basic maths to process transactions accurately.
- Keep preparation areas, utensils and equipment clean and tidy.
- Manage your time to handle orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Suggest suitable menu additions to customers through helpful, considerate upselling.
Your impact: Careful preparation and attentive service help customers enjoy safe, well-made meals and a positive visit.
Experience
- Food preparation, food safety and time-management skills are useful.
- Restaurant, serving or kitchen experience is welcome.
- Culinary experience and confidence with basic maths are advantageous.
- A friendly approach and willingness to learn are valued.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
