Sandwich Chef

Working with a collective of clients from the fashion industry to weddings, we offer a range of services including canape receptions, lunches and full banquets. We have our own venue in Hoxton, with a double kitchen where all the magic happens.

We need someone who is not only passionate about food and cuisines but who cares for the community, as profit we make from the catering company helps funds our soup kitchen and food bank to help us bring an end to food poverty in the borough.

You would be an integral part of our team, delivering up a range of sandwiches for shoots, weddings and events and cafes. We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible and punctual, with teamwork skills and who has a passion for a broad range of cuisines, seasonal food and a flare for flawless presentation.

The working hours will vary according to the needs of the business, some weekend and evening work will be required.

ESSENTIAL:

• 1 Year Commis or CDP experience
• Ability to maintain current HACCAP systems within the business.
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Flexible and punctual
• Willing to rise to the challenge of a variety of dietary specifications.
• Available to start early, from 4 am

IDEAL:

• Experience Catering for large orders and events
