Sandwich Hand

NO NIGHTS. PREMIUM PRODUCT. REAL PROGRESSION.

Your next step in food starts here, and it's at Baker Bleu.

About the Opportunity

We're growing, and we're hiring Sandwich Hands across our South Yarra and Caulfield North sites. That means more than one role to fill, and more than one place to build a career.

Whether you're after a full-time home base or the chance to work across both sites and learn from different teams, there's a spot here for you. This is hands-on, high standards, real hospitality, backed by a team that celebrates quality and looks after its people: competitive pay, daytime-only hours, and space to learn from some of the best chefs and bakers in the business.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for high-energy Sandwich Hands to join our teams. Pastry experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you care about the product and want to get better at it.

If you love:

• A busy skitchen
• Clean execution
• High-quality product
• Being part of something you're proud to put your name to

Why Join Baker Bleu?

• No night shifts, ever
• Premium product made with care and purpose
• Multiple Melbourne locations, South Yarra and Caulfield North, so you can work close to home or move between them
• Multiple roles available, from full-time to flexible
• Real progression and room to grow

We'd love to hear from you. Some kitchen or food experience is ideal, but if you've got the energy and the standards, we'll teach you the rest.
