Sandwich Hand Supervisor

We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our sandwich hand team. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food and customer service, and maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about great food, exceptional service, and team leadership. Must be able to start work from 6 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, and ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Team Management: Train, supervise, and support team members to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive and welcoming guest experience.
• Quality Control: Ensure all sandwiches and menu items meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for staff and customers.
• Cash Handling and Reporting: Manage daily cash handling, perform end-of-day sales reporting, and ensure accurate transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or retail, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible and available to start early.

Pay: $37.39 – $44.87 per hour
