Duties

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and providing correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality at all times

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation or food service experience preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in serving or cashiering roles is advantageous but not required
