Duties

• Craft delicious made to order Italian sandwiches with care and precision
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift, including sanitizing surfaces, storing ingredients properly, and disposing of waste responsibly.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring food stock levels for freshness and availability.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
