Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, salads and other menu items according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, chopping, assembling ingredients, and maintaining freshness of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning work stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and having attention to detail with order accuracy.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.
• Assist with food handling procedures including proper storage, rotation of stock, and adherence to sanitation protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
