Sandwich Maker / Shift Leader

You will lead daily restaurant operations, motivate and supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food safety standards. You must learn all 4 positions before transitioning into a shift leader.

Duties

• Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
• Supervise and motivate team members, providing clear guidance and support
• Manage food preparation and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Utilize POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and credit card tranactions
• Train staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures according to brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Monitor dinning areas for cleanliness, restocking, guest satisfaction
• Lead by example in promoting a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence

Experience

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management or supervisory roles
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Toast or Aloha POS
• Strong background in food preparation and food safety management
• Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, and leadership
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, and develop team members effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling

Prior experience supervising teams members

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
