SANITARY ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are hiring a licensed Sanitary Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and supervising the implementation of plumbing and sanitation systems in compliance with national codes and environmental standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring health, safety, and sustainability in building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare detailed plans for plumbing, sewerage, and drainage systems.
• Hydrological Analysis, RIDF, Flood
• Ensure that all sanitary designs comply with the National Building Code, the Revised Plumbing Code of the Philippines, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers during project planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to verify that sanitary systems are correctly installed.
• Prepare cost estimates, materials specifications, and schedules.
• Evaluate water supply, wastewater treatment, and storm drainage systems.
• Prepare and submit necessary permit applications and documentation to LGUs and regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical advice and solutions for sanitation-related concerns during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitary Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Sanitary Engineer (PRC).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sanitary/plumbing system design and construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software (e.g., H2ONet, Epanet is a plus).
• Strong understanding of local and national plumbing codes and environmental laws.
• Excellent attention to detail, and organizational.
• Good communication skills in English  (both written and spoken).
