Sanitary Engineer

The Sanitary Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, technical review, implementation, inspection, and documentation of sanitary and plumbing systems for the company's construction projects.

The position will ensure that sanitary works comply with approved plans, project specifications, applicable Philippine codes and regulations, and project requirements.

The Sanitary Engineer may also sign and seal plans, technical documents, and other professional documents only when legally authorized and within the scope of the individual's professional license and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare, review, and coordinate sanitary and plumbing plans and designs
• Supervise and inspect sanitary/plumbing installation works on-site
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, project specifications, and applicable codes
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checking of sanitary systems
• Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation
• Assist with permits, technical submissions, and government requirements
• Sign and seal plans, drawings, certifications, and other professional documents when legally authorized and within the scope of the professional license

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Sanitary Engineer (RSE)
• Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary Engineering or relevant qualification
• Construction experience preferred, especially commercial, institutional, school, or government projects
• Knowledge of sanitary, plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams
• Willing to be assigned to Pasig

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

• Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered Sanitary Engineer (Required)
