SANITARY ENGINEER – DESIGN

ASYA DESIGN is looking for an Entry-Level Sanitary Engineer – Design who will support the preparation, coordination, review, and professional signing and sealing of sanitary and plumbing design plans for various building projects.

Fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sanitary and plumbing plans, layouts, details, and engineering calculations.
• Apply ASYA DESIGN standards, project requirements, and applicable local codes and regulations.
• Assist in the design of water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and other sanitary systems.
• Coordinate sanitary and plumbing requirements with architectural and other engineering disciplines.
• Review drawings and technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and code compliance.
• Prepare design revisions, technical responses, and related project documentation.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and site inspections when required.
• Perform quality checking of assigned sanitary and plumbing design works.
• Ensure assigned drawings and deliverables are completed within the required project schedule.
• Sign and seal sanitary and plumbing plans, drawings, and related technical documents as required, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional practice standards.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Sanitary Engineering or BS Environmental and Sanitary Engineering.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Sanitary Engineer with a valid PRC license and professional seal.
• Fresh board passers and newly licensed engineers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of sanitary and plumbing design principles, engineering calculations, and applicable codes.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, technically disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work ON-SITE in MOA, Pasay City.
