JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Review mechanical drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities for Plumbing & Sanitary, Utility Systems, and other sanitary/Plumbing works.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager, Mechanical Supervisors, QA/QC, Safety, and other discipline engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare work plans, look-ahead schedules, and manpower requirements for mechanical activities.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality documentation with QA/QC personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch listing, and project handover activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering or other related degree

• PRC Licensed Sanitary Engineer or Master Plumber preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Site Engineer in industrial, power, energy, manufacturing, data center, or large MEPFS construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of:

1. Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
2. Utility and Process Piping Systems

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
