Sanitation Associate - 3rd shift

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Liquid Egg Processing team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.75 with the potential of increasing to $19.60 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Being responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces as well as documenting work in the egg processing facility.

• Removing all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.

• Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.

• Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

• Must be 18 years of age and high school diploma preferred

• Must have reading, writing and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
