Sanitation Crew

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities
• Implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities
• Providing feedback to company managers and advising on manufacturing changes
• Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces
• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment
• Dispose of waste along the assembly line
• Sweep and mop the floors
• Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow
• Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs on a regular basis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to obtain a Health Certificate
• Able to stand on feet for an extended period of time
