Sanitation Lead - 3rd shift

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.90-$24.45/hour

• Potential increase after 90 days

• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)

• Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday

• 10:00pm-6:30am

What You'll Do

• Lead the sanitation crew and make sure the plant stays clean and runs smoothly.
• Make sure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and properly recorded.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.
• Train team members on how to mix, label, and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Make sure the facility follows all food safety and USDA sanitation rules.
• Work well with other departments to keep operations productive and efficient.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma
• Must have strong verbal, written communication skills and basic computer skills
• Must have experience with sanitation and chemical handling
