Sanlam Client Services Graduate Internship Programme (12 Months)

Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure to call centre operations and policy administration while working within the Sanlam Client Services business unit. Successful candidates will assist with life assurance and investment-related enquiries and requests while contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service in line with business standards and customer expectations. Eligibility Requirements Applicants Must:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
• Be currently unemployed and available to commit to the full 12-month programme.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Have basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Show a willingness to learn and an interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry.
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
• Have not previously participated in a similar learnership or internship programme, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications And Attributes

• A completed degree or a National Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience will be beneficial but is not required.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
