Key Responsibilities

• Alert Screening & Investigation

• Review alerts generated from screening tools

• Identify and differentiate true matches vs false positives

• Sanctions Compliance

• Work with global sanctions lists such as OFAC, UN, EU

• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards

• Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed research using internal tools and open-source data

• Gather and validate information related to flagged entities

• Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare clear and concise investigation reports

• Maintain proper audit trails and documentation

• Process Improvement

• Provide feedback to improve screening accuracy

• Help reduce false positives and enhance efficiency

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sanctions Screening / AML / Compliance
• Strong knowledge of OFAC, UN, EU sanctions lists
• Experience in alert handling and case investigation
• Good understanding of AML & KYC processes
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working with screening tools / compliance systems
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7)
