Seasonal Job Opportunity: Santa’s Grotto Elf Helper

Are you full of festive cheer and love making magical memories for children and families? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Elf Helper to join our team at Santa’s Grotto in the Lower Gardens this Christmas!

The Role: Storytime with Santa Host

You’ll help bring the magic of Christmas to life by hosting Storytime with Santa, welcoming families and children, and helping to create a fun, warm and memorable festive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and support Storytime sessions with Santa.
• Welcome and engage with families and children in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Work closely with Santa to ensure each session runs smoothly.
• Help create a magical, festive atmosphere within Santa’s Grotto.

What We’re Looking For:

• A personable, friendly and approachable individual.
• Someone confident and enthusiastic about engaging with children and families.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a love for all things Christmas!
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to work alongside Santa.

Job Details:

• Location: Santa’s Grotto, Lower Gardens
• Working Days: Saturdays and Sundays, from 14 November to 24 December 2026
• Hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Additional Shifts: Potential extra shifts between 21–23 December, to be confirmed.
