SAP ABAP / CPI Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements to support business processes
• Design and implement CPI integration scenarios to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for developed solutions
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP and CPI-related issues
• Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices to suggest improvements and optimizations
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and deployment activities as needed

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP ABAP development, and 4 years' experience working with CPI
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) development and configuration
• Proficiency in ABAP programming including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADI, User Exits, and IDOCs
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• SAP certification in ABAP development/ SAP Integration Suite is preferred
