Role: SAP ABAP Development Lead

Job Requirements:

• Experience : 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with prior experience in a lead role.
• Technical Skills : Deep expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, CDS Views, OData services, SAP Fiori, and debugging.
• S/4HANA : Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, including migration, conversion, or implementation projects.
• Modules : Experience in core modules such as SD, MM, FI, and CO.
• Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills with excellent communication.
• Experience with SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Design & Development: Design, code, and implement complex custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms (Adobe Forms), and workflows.
• S/4HANA Migration: Drive end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including code remediation, CDS view creation, and OData service implementation.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Optimization: Optimize ABAP code for performance within the SAP HANA database environment.
