We are looking for SAP ABAP Technical Consultant, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Handle L1/L2/L3 incidents;
• Prioritization (critical vs low incidents);
• Fast response time;
• Clear communication (often in English);
• Ability to explain technical issues to business users;
• Ownership and take responsibility for resolving issues completely;
• Quickly analyze logs, dumps, messages;
• Correlate issues across systems;
• Identify patterns (recurring problems);
• Support during critical business windows;
• ABAP developments (reports, interfaces, user exits, BADIs, enhancements, debug, dumps (ST22), performance, custom logic);
• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA);
• Fix production issues quickly to meet SLAs;
• Own issues end-to-end, not just within one module;

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Tickets, SLAs, Escalations;
• SAP ABAP
• Knowledge of ABAP programming: reports, ALV, module pool, enhancements (BADIs, user exits);
• Knowledge of debugging skills (end-to-end tracing);
• Performance tuning knowledge;
• Knowledge of IDoc processing (inbound/outbound) and function modules, BAPIs;
• Ability to analyze and fix production issues;
• VC (Variant Configuration)
• Knowledge of basic concepts: characteristics, classes and dependencies (preconditions, procedures);
• Integration idea of sales order and production;
• WEBDYNPRO
• •Understanding of components, views, windows context mapping;
• Ability to make small UI changes (fields, layout) and for basic debugging;

Desirable Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas;
• Experience with global AMS projects;
• ITIL Foundation certification;
• Proactive attitude;
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar);
