Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) to design, develop, and enhance scalable SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern ABAP development, CDS views, OData services, and SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP and RAP.
• Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views, including associations, annotations, and data models.
• Implement RAP-based business objects using managed and unmanaged scenarios.
• Develop and expose OData V2/V4 services for SAP Fiori applications and external integrations.
• Work with behavior definitions, behavior implementations, service definitions, and service bindings.
• Perform ABAP development, enhancements, debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Follow SAP Clean Core principles and modern ABAP development standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Support unit testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAP and modern ABAP programming .
• Expertise in CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Experience with managed and unmanaged RAP implementations.
• Knowledge of ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
• Familiarity with Eclipse ADT and SAP Clean Core principles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP BTP and ABAP Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 integration.
• Experience with Git, ATC checks, and modern development practices.
