SAP Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and access rights in accordance with company policies and security controls.
• Provide end-user support and resolve SAP-related issues, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors when necessary.
• Manage and maintain SAP master data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of approved changes.
• Monitor and maintain proper access controls, segregation of duties, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare SAP-related reports, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements and enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain accurate records of support activities and system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP administration, ERP support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in SAP user administration, access management, troubleshooting, and system support.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes, master data management, and change management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• SAP certification is an advantage but not required.
