Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

Main mission

• You are the SAP FSM specialist for the organization. Your mission is to ensure the realization of technical and functional expertise missions in the field of SAP Field Service Management (Design, configure, evolve and support the SAP FSM solution by guaranteeing optimal integration with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR and specific developments) while actively managing the skills development and empowerment of Client's junior employees. You support the business lines from the expression of the need to the start of production.

Mission objectives

Operational Expertise component:

• Take functional responsibility for SAP FSM and become the internal reference on all topics related to planning, dispatching, mobile applications, field service execution and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Coaching and Transmission component:

• Supporting junior profiles on a daily basis through tutoring, peer-review and co-working.
• Build and lead skills development courses (workshops, sharing of good practices, practical cases).
• Evaluate the technical progress of the supported employees and identify their additional training needs.
• Promote the autonomy of more junior profiles by adopting a coaching posture (questioning, constructive feedback, progressive delegation).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the SAP FSM solution.
• Analyze business needs and define functional solutions.
• Optimize the planning and dispatching processes of field teams.
• Set up FSM activities, skills, SLAs, workflows, and business rules.
• Support the deployment of technical mobile applications.
• Ensure FSM integrations with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and edge applications.
• Write functional specifications for ABAP, APIs, CPI and BTP developments.
• Provide testing, quality, documentation, and N2/N3 support.
• To increase the skills of the more junior members of the Digit'Eaux team through knowledge sharing and needs assessment in terms of training, specializations, etc.
• Train users and support change management.

SAP FSM expertise required

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on SAP FSM.
• Demonstrated experience on Planning & Dispatching Board.
• Mastery of FSM Mobile Applications.
• Advanced configuration of activities, teams, skills, and SLAs.
• Connaissance des Smartforms, Workflows et Business Rules.
• Experience with SAP FSM Cloud integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
• Participation in several FSM deployment or transformation projects.

Elimination criteria

• Lack of significant SAP FSM experience.
• Profile mainly PM without FSM mastery.
• Lack of experience integrating FSM with SAP.
• Lack of experience in support or deployment of field solutions.
