Job Title: SAP Analyst - HR Systems (HCM)
Location: Metro Manila (Taguig / Mandaluyong)
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organization Management).
- Resolve user access issues, data maintenance errors, and workflow tickets.
- Support HR system updates, process testing, and user documentation.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM system support or administration.
- Good understanding of HR operational processes and system workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
