SAP Analyst (IS-U Billing)

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-U Billing modules, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IS-U environment
• Configure, customise and maintain billing-related functionalities in SAP IS-U systems
• Develop and execute billing processes, including invoice generation, payment processing and dunning management
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand billing workflows and requirements
• Test billing solutions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, compliance and adherence to business rules
• Document technical specifications, configurations and procedures for future reference and training
• Support the implementation and upgrade of SAP IS-U Billing modules for clients
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation and recommend improvements to enhance billing operations
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, modifications and maintenance activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working with SAP IS-U Billing modules in a professional capacity
• Strong understanding of utility industry billing processes and best practices
• Technical proficiency in SAP configuration, customisation and system administration
• Knowledge of billing workflows, invoice generation, payment processing and customer management
• Experience with SAP ABAP programming or scripting (advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex billing issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in implementing or supporting SAP IS-U projects (preferred)
• Relevant SAP certifications or qualifications (preferred)
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in billing operations
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
